Dancer and choreographer Owen RD will facilitate a workshop for dancers, actors and people with some movement experience at The Mount Without, Bristol.

Drawing on a range of practices including yoga, breath work, contemporary dance technique and improvisation this workshop is designed to consciously prepare the body and provide tools for physical and creative practice.

Trained at the Rambert School, Owen has previously worked with Wayne McGregor, TanzTheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, Danish Dance Theatre, Rambert Dance Company, Nigel Charnock, Clod Ensemble, PunchDrunk, Lea Anderson, Frauke Requardt, Trajal Harrell and Alexandra Bachzetsis among others.

Owen has taught for LAMDA, LABAN, The Rambert School, and internationally in studios in Athens and Zurich.
